What does the application provide to the user Application  services:

  • Remote control of Pima alarm systems via mobile phone
  • Receiving push notifications about events from the alarm system*

Terms of use

Here are the Terms of Use for any application provided by Pima Company and used by the installer and/or the end-user. These terms apply to all types of applications – for mobile phones such as iPhone and Android, web applications, desktop applications, and more.

Examples: PIMAlink 3.0, Force Manager, etc.

These Terms of Use may change from time to time. When using the application, the governing Terms of Use are the most recent terms published on Pima Company’s website at that time. It is the user’s responsibility to keep track of changes to the Terms of Use.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by them. Use of the application involves a fee.

Pima reserves the right to change the amount of the fee and the terms of payment for using the application at any time provided that it gives at least 30 days prior notice.

Notice will be provided via SMS to the phone number to which the application was downloaded, or by any other reasonable means.

Cancellation Policy:

Cloud services may be canceled at any time by sending an email notification to Pima. Cancellation will take effect within 14 business days, and a pro-rata refund will be issued to the customer’s credit card for the unused portion of the paid period.

Warranty Disclaimer

“Pima Ltd. provides the Pimalink application through the Pimalink 3.0 server as a service to its alarm system customers. By clicking the “Agree” button at the bottom of the screen, you agree to all terms of this disclaimer. Pima Ltd. may change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, and by continuing to use the application, you accept all new terms as they may apply from time to time.

The services and application are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pima Ltd. and its product distributors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Pima Ltd. makes no warranties about the content of the services. In addition, Pima Ltd. disclaims all warranties that (a) the services or application will meet your requirements or be available on a continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (b) the information obtained from the use of the services or application will be effective, accurate, or reliable; (c) the quality of the services or application will meet your expectations; or that (d) any errors or defects in the services or application will be corrected.”

Disclaimer of Liability:

Pima Ltd. explicitly disclaims all liability for any actions that may result from your use of its services or applications. Your use and enjoyment of the services or application are solely at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damages arising from access to and use of the service or application.

Pima Ltd. is not liable to you or anyone else for:

  • any loss of use, data, reputation, or profits, whether or not foreseeable; and
  • any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Pima was aware of the possibility of such damages, including those
  • resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not foreseeable,
  • based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or other tortious action, or
  • arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to the service or application. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Pima Ltd.’s liability for gross negligence, for our (or our employees) willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury.

In no event shall Pima Ltd. be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of profits and/or physical damage arising from the use of this software and its documentation, even if Pima Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
